The Extended Life Lid is an innovative product that integrates cutting-edge plastic/rubber alloy technology with a superior single-wall design for the solid waste industry.
Made of 100% recycled materials, our plastic dumpster lids are composed of a blend of recycled plastic and recycled tire crumb offering high ribs and added flexibility for longer life under the toughest conditions. Our lids offer you the following characteristics:
- High ultra-violet (UV) resistance superior to conventional polyethylene lids.
- Greater impact and flexural resilience.
- Greatly superior cold temperature performance -- tested at –70 degrees centigrade.
The rubber content in the Extended Life Lid gives extreme resistance to crumpling and crushing loads. The lid above returned to its original configuration after a few minutes.
To demonstrate the strength of our high ribbed design, we placed a 220 lb. electric motor on the lid on a 35 degrees day.

Extended Life Liner Kit
The secret of extending the life of your conventional steel bottom containers is installing a liner kit. Our unique high impact plastic/rubber alloy liners are designed as a preventive maintenance option for the solid waste collection industry.
Kits include our patented liner and "z-bars" for attachment.
The kits are designed to add life to a steel bottom trash container that is beginning to rust out. As long as the original steel bottom is sound enough to carry the weight of the trash, the container can be salvaged.
*These kits are available to fit front, rear and side load containers Our liner kits once installed can outlast a rusty container dumpster.
